At Golden Tulip Zoetermeer-The Hague we are happy to contribute to a better environment. You also have the option to separate your waste in the hotel.
Next to the vending machine, on the ground floor, there is a collection bin from the Plastic Soup Foundation, in which you can deposit your plastic deposit bottles. The deposit is donated.

A baby bed can be requested at the reception free of charge. Extra charges apply for an extra bed.
Your luggage can be deposited at the reception. You will receive a proof of delivery for this. You cannot collect your luggage without this proof of delivery.

In the event of a fire, you must report this immediately to the reception desk by dialing number 9 on your room phone or by pushing the glass of the alarm in the hallway. In all cases, stay calm and follow the instructions of the personnel or fire brigade. Never use the elevators, but use the emergency exits. A map of the escape route(s) can be found on the inside of your room door. In case of fire, always go to the floor(s) below.
We can help you with your copying and scanning. For information and rates, please contact the reception. You can also use the guest computer and printer free of charge.
You can check out 24 hours a day at the reception. We kindly request you to leave the room before 11 AM. On Sundays, you do not have to leave the room until noon. For a late check-out please contact the reception. A surcharge applies.

For your and our safety, the entrance is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. There is a bell to the left of the door. If you press this and indicate what your name and room number is, we will open the door for you.

Dogs are allowed in this hotel. The surcharge is € 10.00 per dog, per night.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our Brasserie Bogatti’s.
We rent bicycles. For more information, ask one of our reception staff. Have you brought your own bike? You can store it for free in our bicycle storage. Cycling maps are available at the reception.
Your room will be cleaned between 9 AM and 3 PM. If you do not want to be disturbed, you can make this known by hanging the do-not-disturb sign on your room door. The housekeeping will leave a bag with clean towels at your room door.
Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Select the “KPN” network. Then start your internet browser, the KPN login page will start automatically. Follow the instructions on the KPN login page. For assistance with connecting to the WiFi, our reception staff are always at your service.
You can control the temperature in your room yourself via the cabinet on the wall. For more explanation, ask one of our employees.
In every hotel room you will find a safe that you can use free of charge.
You will find an extra pillow in the wardrobe. Do you want another pillow? Ask our reception staff about the possibilities.
On the ground floor, opposite the reception desk, is a toilet suitable for disabled people.

The train station “Zoetermeer” and the tram station “Driemanspolder” are located right next to the hotel. From here you are quickly in The Hague (Den Haag). You can purchase day tickets for the tram at the reception desk. Train tickets can be purchased at the machine on the platform.
If you need an umbrella you can obtain it at the reception.
You can park your car in the secure parking area behind our barrier for a fee. You can park for free in front of and next to the hotel. Parking on a parking space with a removable bracket is unfortunately not allowed.

You can have your mail stamped and sent at the reception. For rates you can contact the reception.
Our reception is available 24 hours a day for all your questions. The reception can be reached by dialing number 9 on your room phone.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. This means that smoking is prohibited in the public areas and in all of our rooms. We trust that you will respect this legal measure. If it appears that this rule is not respected, we apply a fine to cover the extra cleaning costs.
Room service can be ordered until 9.30 PM. A surcharge is applied.

The reception staff can order a taxi for you. We advise you to take into account a waiting time of approximately 10 minutes. If you need a taxi in the morning, we advise you to order it the evening before.

You can have your laundry (dry) cleaned at the hotel from Monday to Friday. In the wardrobe you will find a laundry bag and laundry form. If you leave your laundry in the laundry bag with a completed laundry form in the morning before 8.30 AM at the reception, it will be returned the same evening. The costs are stated on the laundry form and are booked to your room account.
You can report your alarm time to the reception. You will be woken by one of our employees by telephone at the desired time.
