**What is available in the Apartments and Deluxe Apartments?**

In the Apartment, there is a kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and induction cooktop. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet. One flat-screen TV in the living room. Coffee and tea facilities.

 

In the Deluxe Apartment, there is a kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and induction cooktop. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet. One flat-screen TV in the living room and one flat-screen TV in the bedroom. A sofa bed in the bedroom. Air conditioning. Coffee and tea facilities.

 

**Are there rooms for disabled guests in the hotel?**

Unfortunately, we do not have adapted rooms, but all our rooms are accessible by wheelchair or mobility scooter. In the Classic Rooms, it is also possible to access the bathroom and shower with a wheelchair. On request, we have a shower stool and wall brackets available.

 

**Is there bicycle storage?**

We have one, and you can use it free of charge. E-bikes can also be charged there, but we ask guests to charge their removable batteries in their room for safety reasons and so that guests with non-removable batteries have an outlet available in the bicycle storage.

 

**Can a window be opened in the room?**

Yes, in every room type there is a window, vent, or door that can be partially opened.

 

**We have booked a room for 3 people and only see 2 beds in the photos, how is that possible?**

For the third person, we will place an extra bed in the room. This is only possible in the following room types: Executive Room (max. 1), Apartment (max. 2), and Deluxe Apartment (standard sofa bed available for max. 2 persons).

 

**Do you have baby cribs?**

For children aged 0 to 2 years, we will place a baby crib in the room free of charge. This is possible in all room types.

 

**How can I pay in the hotel?**

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Maestro, Vpay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay.

 

**Which rooms have a balcony?**

Only the Apartments and Deluxe Apartments have a terrace or balcony.

 

**Can I charge my electric car?**

Unfortunately, we do not (yet) have charging stations for electric cars. There are a few charging stations within walking distance of the hotel.

 

**What are your opening hours?**

Our hotel is open 24/7. Between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, the entrance is closed, but there is a night bell that you can use to always gain access to the hotel.

**Do you have connecting rooms?**

We do not have rooms with a classic connecting door, but we do have a nice alternative solution. For this, a Comfort Room and an Executive Room need to be booked. In 2 corners of each floor, there are an Executive Room and a Comfort Room next to each other, which can be closed off from the rest of the hallway with a door. This allows the room doors to remain open when the hallway door is closed.

 

**Is there a minimum age?**

To make a reservation, the main guest must be at least 18 years old.

 

**Is there a refrigerator in the room?**

Only the Classic Rooms and Executive Rooms have a small refrigerator. In the Apartments and Deluxe Apartments, there is a kitchen with a refrigerator.

 

**Do you have double beds?**

No, we do not. All our rooms have 2 single beds.

 

**What is the maximum number of people per room type?**

Classic Room: 2 persons + 1 baby (0-2 years)
Comfort Room: 2 persons + 1 baby (0-2 years)
Executive Room: 3 persons (including baby 0-2 years)
Apartment: 4 persons + 1 baby (0-2 years)
Deluxe Apartment: 4 persons + 1 baby (0-2 years)
