Are dogs allowed?
Dogs can stay with us for €30 per night (except in suites). Upon check-in, a welcome gift will be ready. After check-out, the room will be thoroughly cleaned for the next guest. There is a maximum of two dogs per room. If you leave your dog alone in the room, please inform the reception.
Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beach at Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard all year round. Click here for more information.
Where can I park?
Paid parking is available throughout Noordwijk. Our hotel has a partnership with the parking lot and garage of Supermarket Vomar behind our hotel (Bomstraat 19). This is about a 3-minute walk. The parking costs €22.50 per car, per night. Upon entry, you will receive a parking ticket, which will be activated at the hotel. After activation, you can enter and exit unlimited during your entire stay (including the entire departure day). Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve or guarantee a parking space here.
Our hotel has 7 VIP parking spaces on its own premises. You can reserve these upon arrival. The cost is €30.00 per car, per night. When using a parking space at the hotel, you can use it until check-out time (11:00).
You can also park on the boulevard. Rates depend on the Municipality of Noordwijk.
Where can I park the car to load and unload luggage?
We have two 15-minute parking spaces in front of our hotel that you can use to load and unload your luggage.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. Check-out is until 11:00.
Is there a luggage room?
Yes, if you arrive before 15:00 and your room is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage with us in a locked room. This is also possible after check-out. For example, if you want to spend another day at the beach!
What are your opening hours?
Restaurant Opening Hours The kitchen of Restaurant Two Brothers is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00. In the low season, from November 1 to April 1, adjusted opening hours apply in our restaurant:
Hotel Bar Opening Hours Our English hotel bar is open from Sunday to Thursday from 17:00 to 23:00 and on Friday and Saturday until 00:00.
Reception Opening Hours We have a 24-hour reception. However, the entrance doors are locked at night. You can ring the bell and the night porter will open the door for you.
Swimming Pool Opening Hours The swimming pool and steam bath are open daily from 07:00 – 22:00. Swimwear is mandatory. The swimming pool can be reserved for private use between 18:00 and 19:00 due to our mission.
Is breakfast served?
We serve a daily breakfast buffet in our restaurant. From Monday to Friday from 07:00 – 10:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 – 10:30. Have you booked a room without breakfast? Then you can add it to your reservation by contacting the reception. The cost is €21.50 per person.
Are there rooms with a balcony?
Yes, our executive and family rooms have a balcony with sea view. The Steltloper Suite has a roof terrace. Our Tiny Rooms have a French balcony.
Is there air conditioning?
Air conditioning is only available in a few of our room types. These are the Tiny Rooms, Junior Suites, and the Steltloper Suite.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes, smoking is not allowed in the rooms and/or balconies.
Do you also rent out vacation homes?
Yes! We rent out two authentic fisherman’s cottages (from 1785). Fisherman’s Cottage #15 is suitable for 2 adults + 2 children, and Fisherman’s Cottage #17 is suitable for two adults. Dogs are also welcome. Both houses are located just behind the hotel and have a private parking space. Additionally, you can make use of all hotel facilities such as the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool.
What are the public transport options nearby?
Bus lines 20, 90, and 385 stop behind our hotel. The best stop to get on/off is “Parallel Boulevard”.
Is there a bike shed?
Yes, our hotel has a locked bike shed. You can access it with your room key. Various cycling routes are available at the reception.
Where can I rent bikes?
In our hotel, it is possible to rent bicycles/e-bikes from €15.00 per bike, per day. E-bikes are €30 per bike, per day.
What languages are spoken?
Our reception team speaks Dutch, English, and German.
